Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Client Enablement to lead
a team focused on client onboarding, training, and support for
their ecommerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop team members through training and feedback
Lead client calls with a technical focus and manage a small book of
enterprise accounts
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on
findings
Required Qualifications
3+ years of management experience with direct reports
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a SaaS
company
5+ years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Customer
Trainer, Onboarding Specialist)
Strong understanding of internet fundamentals
High emotional intelligence and ability to build cross-functional
relationships
