To learn more about , visit .About This Role:As Sr. Director, Product, you will lead a dynamic and multi-faceted team of Product Managers (PMs) and Designers responsible for conceiving, refining, prioritizing, executing and continuously improving ' product suite. Reporting directly to the COO, you will work hand-in-glove with engineering, security and business leaders to shape, architect and execute our business priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry. Your deep product management experience, Agile operating expertise, and ownership mindset will enable a high-performing and accountable Product team at the frontline of growing and optimizing our business.Core Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Work closely with executive leadership to develop and execute the overall product strategy, aligned with our company's vision and goals.
• Product Roadmap: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market trends, user needs, and business objectives.
• Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, collaborating with engineering, legal, security, and other teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, ROI+ products and features on time and within budget.
• User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring that the product delivers a seamless and intuitive experience for all users.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and inform product decisions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, collaboration, and high performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, security, compliance, and customer support, to ensure alignment and drive product success.
• Metrics and Analytics: Define and track key product metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize the product and measure success.Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Proven Experience: 15+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products in the cryptocurrency or fintech space.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Agile Product Management: Deep understanding of Agile best practices and experience working hand-in-glove with multi-functional engineering/design/product squads. Proven ability to develop, refine, manage and prioritize roadmaps.
  • User Focus: Passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences, with a strong understanding of user research and design principles.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable product plans. Can work effectively in the business and on it, excelling at the tactical day-to-day work while also stepping back to help chart long-term strategy.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing market conditions and user needs.
  • Passion for trading, crypto, web3 and adjacent technologies.Salary:The starting pay range for this role is between USD$300,000 - USD$360,000 per year for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
