We are a private Family Practice Clinic with a longstanding 36-year history and a track record of sustained growth. The Owner Physician has shifted focus towards Federal Aviation Medicine, prompting the need for a dedicated, long-term provider to join our team. Flexibility in working hours and time off is available for the right candidate. Currently, we are looking to fill a part-time to full-time position with a skilled and compassionate healthcare provider to contribute to our expanding practice. Our patient population encompasses a wide range of medical needs, including preventative care, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, mental health conditions, asthma, women's health, and management of acute/chronic illnesses. Additionally, we perform in-office surgical procedures such as lesion removals, biopsies, laceration repairs, sebaceous cyst excisions, and mole removals. Duties Conducting thorough and informed medical assessments and developing appropriate treatment plans. Delivering diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients under the care of LGFM. Analyzing and synthesizing data to determine the most suitable diagnostic and treatment approaches. Possessing strong proficiency in computer systems and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is highly desirable. Exhibiting exceptional communication skills and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Coordinating comprehensive patient care to ensure optimal outcomes. Completing patient charts in a timely manner. Ensuring prompt and efficient communication of laboratory and imaging results. Requirements Board certification in Family Practice. Active Oregon medical license and DEA registration are mandatory. We foster a positive work environment with a supportive team of Physicians and Staff.
