      • Compensation
        
        • 
          
        • 31% - 33% + of production based on experience
          
        • Guaranteed compensation in first 6 months
          
        • Full time Dentist expected to make between $205,000 and $450,000
          
          
          Schedule:
          
          • 
            
          • Minimum of 4 days a week
            
          • Flexible schedule.
