Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service
Representative to provide support and education to customers
regarding healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a key communicator for the organization, addressing customer
concerns and resolving issues
Educate customers on the organization's programs and services while
promoting superior customer service
Log issues and follow up on resolutions, maintaining quality
standards for call handling
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
1+ years of customer service experience in a medical
environment
1+ years of experience in a Medicare and HMO environment
Ability to identify and maintain confidentiality as per HIPAA
regulations
Familiarity with computer systems and ability to type 40-50 words
per minute
