Job Description:

Margolin Family Law is hiring a family law attorney to join our experienced team. -The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience practicing as a family law attorney in Oregon. -The ideal candidate will: - -

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents -
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations -
• Negotiate settlement agreements - -
• Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings and trials -
• Feel comfortable in court appearances -
• Work with your dedicated paralegal to maintain accurate and organized case files -
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services -Qualifications: -
  • Juruis Doctor (JD) Degree from an accredited law school -
  • Admitted to practice law in Oregon -
  • 3+ years of experience practicing family law in Oregon
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills -
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines -
