Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Member Advocate to
assist clients and members with their benefits inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Answer emails and calls from clients and members, providing support
and building rapport
Conduct research to identify issues and communicate with providers
and insurance carriers
Log member conversations and collaborate with the service team to
ensure effective issue resolution
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of employee benefits experience with knowledge of
the insurance industry
Ability to read and interpret insurance contracts and plan
documents
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
