Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Art Producer to contribute to
the creation of a new AAA game and IP.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Directors and Art leads to define and co-own milestone
and release goals
Drive planning efforts by breaking down work and building schedules
for assigned game areas
Manage team backlogs and daily activities, prioritizing tasks and
leading team rituals
Preferred Qualifications:
High-initiative, self-directed individual with team leadership
experience
Ability to maintain a creative and psychologically safe team
environment
Experience working with art teams in the gaming industry
Willingness to embrace a remote-first game development
environment
