maintenance functions to assure clients and staff a safe and
comfortable environment.Required Technical Skills, Knowledge and

and maintained at the facility Ensure that facility and grounds are
maintained in accordance with relevant regulations, agency
standards and fiscal considerationsEnsure that equipment and
furnishings are maintained in a safe, operable condition and / or
arrange for replacementArrange for or provide training for staff
and clients as relates to safety and maintenance topics.Perform all
job functions in a safe manner to minimize risk of injury to self
