Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Dispatcher for Military
Moves.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of dispatchers to ensure efficient
operations
Develop and implement dispatch strategies to optimize resources and
meet deadlines
Ensure compliance with federal regulations and contractual
obligations related to dispatch operations
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; preferred undergraduate degree
in a related field
Three years of experience in dispatching or customer service in the
transportation industry, including one year in a supervisory
role
Experience in military household goods or military moves is highly
preferred
Proficiency with advanced dispatch software and Transportation
Management Systems (TMS)
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
