We're looking for a talented, professional Realtor to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer's point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities:

--- Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
--- Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
--- Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
--- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
--- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close


Qualifications:

--- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
--- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
--- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
--- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
--- Friendly and outgoing
--- High level of integrity
--- Smart and motivated by success
--- Humble and a team player
--- Outstanding customer service
--- Ability to work flexible hours as the schedule is determined by client needs (most often landing on weekends and evenings)
--- Real Estate license in Oregon or Washington or in the process of obtaining a license
